ducatiman has once again done it.
I set him the carbs off my 1991 Kawasaki EX500, which were in desperate need of attention.
He found a few issues, one of which was a damaged diaphragm on one of the slides, and also a broken choke part, along with clogs, etc.. which is expected after sitting for so long,, and outside in the elements.
I'll let him give the low down on the exact issues.
Below is the before/after pictures which speak for themselves.
They look better than new, and I'm sure will perform better than new.
