I know I've done a crap job of updating this thread and I havent been exactly consistently trying to lean out over the last few months. However, over the last week, I've loosely copied my boss's diet plan which was written for him by his coach. Since I do more intense cardio than the plan calls for, I think the results are a little amplified.
Anyway, weighed in today at 217 lbs. - obviously my previous goal of being sub 200 by April 1st is a huge failure. But Im going to set my sights on Labor Day. Gives me about a 100 days to drop about 20 pounts. About a 1.5lb a week works just right.
I know my lifting strength is down just a bit, but if I can stay within about 5% of my peak strength and contniue to lean out, I'll be happy.
