[visordown.com] - What if BMW used the engine from the K1600GT in a naked bike

Stefan Kraft for Motorrad

HAVE you ever wondered what a BMW naked powered by the engine from the K1600GT would look like?

You have? Well you’re in luck because German title Motorrad has created this concept sketch of just such a bike, which it’s calling the Sixx Naked.

It's speculative at the moment, although the title of the Motorrad article the image appears in is called 'A question of time', so maybe they know something we don't...

As you might expect from a naked bike built around a 1649cc six-cylinder engine, it looks wide, muscular and brutish. We reckon the styling works well – it looks like it's got presence and with a potential 129lb/ft and nearly 160hp on tap, the numbers are there to deliver substance to those looks.
