I've started keeping a lil zippy-bag full of the lil foam ones in one of my jacket pockets, too. I like this keychain dealio though, because reusability and the case has a little extra room in it, so I put a tiny bag of claritin, some ibuprofen, and a bandaid in there with a cotton-ball blocking it off, with the ear plugs on top. so I can dump out the ear-plugs without having to dump out the other stuff, too.
