I mean, they're reusable but not forever like the rubber ones. I use foam ones a few times until they get too dirty or don't feel like they're blocking sound as well. I change out the set I'm using once or twice a week. Fresh earplugs feel nicer anyway.

I end up using the yellow-foam horrible ones when working concerts, in part because it's what we have on hand, and because I haven't found a set that I like yet. If I find ones I like, I'll bring my own to work when it's a concert night.
