I originally wore the little orange foamies, but hated them. Never fit right, didn't block sound, irritating. Then I picked up some 3M Corded Reusables (love the cord!) but those are only rated to 25 dB.

Tried some clear NoNoise next, rated to 29 dB. Liked those, but they kept tearing and would get all groady before too long.

Ended up tweeting a request for anyone who had used Etymotic Research plugs and got a response back from EarLove who sold me on their funny response of "We're the same product, but our packaging is cooler." Been using those ever since. Used to use the little keychain tube thing, but now just leave them looped around my neck or wrap the cord around my camera on the side of the helmet.

I do keep a baggie of orange foamies in my tailbag for anyone who needs one. So far, have helped riders out enough times I need to restock my supply.
