I talked to a KTM sales guy, and he said it's unlikely that the KTM 125 Duke will make it to America, due to the demand for liter bikes, and other bikes of the "super bike" nature.
Hopefully he's wrong, but it the 125 Duke came to the U.S., it would be pre-ordered. No doubt.
