How do you warm it up...idle with/without choke?
It's best to choke it, let it sit for maybe 30 seconds then ride with the choke on (not riding it hard) while incrementally turning the choke off. Also, after I put some 5w-40 full synthetic oil in my bike, it warms up quicker.
