I have actually noticed shorter warm up times since adding the exhaust... Before, I had to choke it for a few minutes, but after, I barely use it at all. And I routinely go a few days without riding...
The colder the weather, the more likely you'll have to warm it up for longer... Not sure if that affects you at all, but is possible...
