do you have a test light, or multimeter? you could check for voltage at the light sockets. also check bulbs, unlikely that they are all blown, but i have seen an alternator on a truck overcharge and blow almost every bulb on the entire vehicle.
make sure turn sig's are connected, behind the fairings and under the rear seat.
with a way to check for voltage, you can see where the voltage is, and where it is not, allows you to pin point what area or component is at fault
