Dyno Jet kit help/questions

Anyone else using Dyno Jet stage 1 jet kit and find that it runs way to rich. I bought it and did the stage 1 which by the manual says stock air box and filter (I’m using drop in UNI filter) and stock or slip on exhaust (running stock mufflers at the moment) Eclip on the needles 4 slots down from the top, 2.5 turns out on the Air fuel screw, drilled slides with supplied drill bit, and used suggested main jet from the Dyno jet instructions. This Dyno jet kit uses stock pilot jet. So far I can tell it’s running rich you can smell how rich it is through the exhaust.

Prior to this I have all stock carb components and had 1mm shims under the stock needles, 2.5 turns out on the air fuel screws. Ran great.

But this Dyno jet kit has ruined how this bike runs. Just want know know if anyone has experience with the Dyno Jet kits and what you thought about it. Valves were adjusted, Carbs were sync’d, set float height wet and set to the base of the carb body prior to installing jet kit.
