I got mine last week and the baffle was in the box, as ordered. Must have been an error on their part; I'm sure they will get it rectified. Customer service, for me anyway, was slow but once they got around to answering my emails, all was very well.
Might take some time getting a hold of them, but they will get back to you and take care of what's missing, I'm sure.
