My buddy is on his second engine.
He has the single seat race tail, so there's just a 1/2" foam pad. Surprisingly, it's not that uncomfortable if you are riding for less than an hour or are doing a lot of cornering.
He has also geared his down a few teeth, but it still doesn't feel faster or more powerful than a 250 Ninja, though it is.
