Eh...I don't think age restrictions help anything. Ages are just an arbitrary guideline. The thing is you're and adult, it's your choice whether or not you think you're ready, I don't think age restrictions are the answer. That doesn't mean I don't agree with restricted licensing systems that are based on experience.
