Well here's the follow-up.

I replaced a lot of the fasteners already on SERENITY, stainless steel and some titanium. I decided it was time to update the fairing ones, I had already changed them out to button stainless steel fasteners. So after some searching on eBay I found these.

The washers are aluminum, the screws are stainless steel.

Here's how they look, I feel it's a nice touch.
