Update:
Did the spring upgrade to weight appropriate and oil 15w filled to 130mm.
Amazing different!
I just got the bike this year and had nothing to compare, until today when I rode my girlfriends stock 250 and felt that fork dive during braking, so scary. She's getting new springs!
Do the springs! The bike is so much fun in the corners and braking is sharp. It's night and day, how much better it made the bike. Now onto the rear shock lol
