I looked at the Amazon link. The design looks good. If it fits and works it only costs $25. It looks like it's worth a shot.
I'm on East coast DC area. Practically, no snow this year. Other years, not so easy. The better covers are from Nelson-Rigg and Dowco. Dowco makes one in motor scooter size. That's a short wheel base. It might fit.
