Easy enough, I hit the button, click, click, then I take a screwdriver and short out the solenoid across the two poles, and it cranks over just fine.
Hence the solenoid is going bad, most likely it's not the battery because it's reading fine. The battery is on its 4th season, so it could be going as well, but the solenoid is a lot cheaper than a battery.
I'll be sure to report how it turns out.
