Working for one of the motorcycle magazines sounds right up your alley. You have a good mix of experience for it from working at CoSS to your BS in psychology. Having a good understanding of people as well as the mechanical side of bikes is a huge plus in that profession. Having experience on dozens of bikes in multiple different riding disciplines doesn't hurt either.
Not to mention you could use that as a platform to advocate for companies to fix the disgrace that is women's safety gear selection.
