just to clear things up regarding the brembo set up. The rotor used was an bolt on Ara Shi rotor designed for the ninja250, it was advertised on ebay as a 320mm It looks like it is actually a 310mm rotor.
There are other ads on ebay for the same rotor that say 310mm so keep this in mind.
