Good start!

1. poke out lateral bleed holes in pilot jet

2. poke out lateral bleed holes in emulsion tubes

3. poke out bleed holes in carb-venturi

There's A LOT of dried petrol deposits in tiny passages.

Not sure what you meant by this since choke-jets aren't removeable?
