Nope. The height is about the same as the bars used on the 300 and J/K 250s, but the risers are different lengths because the bases sit differently with the triple. The newer bikes have a bar riser base that sits on top of the flat triples while the F bike's triple is staggered so that the bar riser base is flush with the rest of the triple. The base size and bolt spacing is different, so they won't simply sit lower when used on an F-bike.

The OEM tensioners are pretty different, so I doubt it.
