^ Jason has said a few times, if you are willing to put in the time and design the bracket and give him all the numbers he will happily machine them for a reasonable cost.
^this is what i did.
So just buy the caliper you want to use and figure out the important numbers for the bracket dimensions and presto you have yourself a bracket!
