Bike sat for two years.....

Super mad at myself for doing this twice....

Race bike sat for a year with minimal use. I'd start it here and there, but it progressively starting running worse.

I cleaned the carbs, during which time I noticed the diaphragms were a bit deformed and essentially would not go back into the carbs. Fortunately I had a spare set on my parts bike.

Bike ran great afterwards, but I still didn't race it. I ran it here and there, but for the last year it has been in off site storage.

I tore into it last night and this morning. New plugs and fuel, but wouldn't start. Pulled the carbs and cleaned them.

Diaphragms are deformed again. Can't get them to seat in the carbs properly.

Is there any "saving" of them? They appear to cost $125ish each, which is crazy.

Thanks for the help, and bring on the "bad bike owner" comments.
