Finishing up this thread since questions about how to center 650 wheel was never fully answered. Yes, you have to move sprocket in towards wheel by machining sprocket carrier. But this does NOTHING to move wheel itself, only the sprocket.

Second part that needs to be machined is left SPACER. Remove 6.5mm from that and it moves wheel 6.5mm to left to centre in swingarm. Then machine 6.5mm from brake-caliper holder/spacer on right and that's it, you're done! Drawing some pictures really helps with stiff like this. Hand-drawn on napkins is still better than nothing.
