Alright guys, would an offset rear sprocket fix the alignment issues, and if so, does one exist or would it be difficult to make?

or even a 2 piece sprocket, get the sprocket closer to the wheel without modifying the sprocket hub?

EDIT I am going to email a couple of companies that make custom sprockets, if we took the 650r rim and centered it, how many milimeters would the sprocket be off? Thanks
