What I was saying is I thought you had already milled the hub far enough. If you mill much further, the chain will begin to rub on the edge of the tire. Double check to make sure your the wheel is or is not centered. Here's a couple pics of the "Big Foot" kit and the results we are trying to duplicate. I realize these are all "new" parts but this is possible so don't give up.
