Sadly everything has a price. I ride a bit of everything but use my bike as my daily commuter with 2/3 being highway and a third being city. Sometime on my way home I take the scenic route and run down HWY 1 through Stinson Beach to SF. Realized that I'll just need to make more money and have several bikes for all sorts of my moods...

Go with 15T up front, it's about the easiest way to go. These bike love/need to rev, if you gear it down too much, it will suffer, and you'll be unhappy with it.
I myself went 15/43 which was I think too much, next time I'll go back to 45 but keep the 15
15/43= 2.87 final ratio
15/45= 3.00 final ratio
14/45= 3.22 final ratio(OEM)
While this might not seem as much, to the Ninjette it is.
