There is obvious evidence of mismanagement all over that filing/investigation report. A loan of $490k that was FORGIVEN? Living up to their name. They're certainly corrupt and used bankruptcy procedures to rape and pillage. According to
Japlopnik's article, they filed bankruptcy in February 2022, but continued to take orders and collect money for 3-months after that ($640K worth). All those people who paid but didn't receive parts will have to queue up and file in bankruptcy court to recover pennies after major debtors have collected their due (company owners & founders).
