Looking at the video, it is possible it may be coming from where the airbox boots meet the carb. Pop the top off the airbox and see if it is unusually wet or smells strongly of fuel inside (or check for fuel leaking from back of airbox). If that is the case, either it was flooded during starting and the fuel ran back into the airbox after filling the ports, or you may have a leaking petcock. In the video it sounds like its just cranking and not firing. That + fuel leaking would definitely make me think flooded engine.
