In the video it sounds like its just cranking and not firing. That + fuel leaking would definitely make me think flooded engine.

Thanks guys. hope its an easy fix...she start up now easyily but still leaks.. ..
hopefully removing and getting to parts is easy as I not have much time and also to be able to make it to the track this sunday and not have to spend money on a moto shop ..
