Need to put battery on charger overnight. It's alternator on bike that charges battery. Test it by measuring voltage at battery-terminals when running. Further testing is measuring AC voltage at stator output connector for each phase.
Was carbs dying when you opened throttle before you disassembled?
What procedure did you use to clean carbs?
