If you are looking for something that is specifically for off-road or casual wearing then must visit the Viking group (Viking Bags and Viking Cycle). Currently, they are running their two sites. One is specifically for bags and another one is for gears. Me and my wife mostly use their items and have a great experience with them. She's 5.2 and casually uses Warlock Mesh Jacket for in-city weekend rides.
