all good gear. agv is great quality. you might consider buying cheap with your first set of gear just because you make mistakes when you are new... would rather make mistakes with cheap stuff than expensive stuff... the difference in quality mostly results in how many crashes you can withstand ... agv stuff is probably good for 3+... where as something like a bilt jacket... maybe 1 crash. maybe. so find something in that 1 to 2 crash range of quality, then when you have more experience with the subtleties of the gear and how you use it, you'll be able to find a piece of gear that is higher quality that will really suit you well.... for example, you probably -- in reality -- wont wear the leather pants very often. but a pair of kevlar jeans or overpants? you would be much more apt to use them, plus they are cheaper, and will provide adequate protection.
