Hi'ya from the Twin Cities!
I am a total noob. My husband bought me a new black 09 while he was stationed in Iraq last year. We picked it up in March of this year- I had to wait for #1 no snow! and #2 he needed to be back to ride it home. He has years of experience and I have 0.
That's changing. My husband has set me up with MSF, great gear, and is doing a lot to upgrade my bike. (this is why I named my bike Slick)
I have been reading a lot of posts here, especially the riding skills forum.
