OK, thanks. The bike is only ridden on track so with 30hp the throttle is on/off anyway. My thinking was that they don't help air flow plus they weigh something. I m guessing the two electrical parts for them are the throttle motor and the other a position sensor. If they are removed ECU receives illogical signals from them, does it cause some sort of limp mode.. maybe I'll leave them be for the moment.

Hollow bolt heads weigh less .
