I finally got the old battery out and I was shocked to find the original Kawi factory battery date stamped 29022012. Tested at 76 cranking amps, 12.5v. Put the new battery on and it solved that buzzing when I start it. I'm just amazed that battery lasted over 11 years, life expectancy for car batteries is usually 4-5 years.
