It's a 250, they want you to think you are going fast.
Just know there is an error (check it with the gps on your phone) and adjust your speed accordingly.
My wife's Scion Xb is the same way. When the speedometer says you are doing 80 mph you are really doing about 73. So in a 65 mph zone I drive what they car says is 80 mph and don't worry about tickets.
