Depending on your need for speed among traffic flow and distance you need to travel.
Most gas powered scooter that can keep up with traffic flow do require a license place and insurance.. and gas can't be cheap in paradise.
You're probably better off getting something electric, with pedal back-up when the battery juice runs out. Plenty of solar power avail. in paradise, no?
