I doubt that it is 3lbs of loss. My guess is more like 1.5lbs maybe 2lbs at most. Still, it will make a difference. I have done many 630 to 530 and 530 to 520 conversions along with aluminum rear sprockets and they have all been at least 1lb or more lost.

I ordered mine and will weigh them before and after so you all will have an exact difference.
