Need help identifying missing screw that seems to be causing an oil leak

My 2012 Ninja 250r has a bad oil leak, but I think I've managed to identify the source. I don't have any mechanical experience so I need help identifying the missing part so I can order a new one to fix the leak. The spot where I think the oil is leaking from is on the left side of the bike, behind the chain guard. There seems to be a hole where a screw must have fallen out. Could this missing screw be causing a bad oil leak? What size screw do I need and where is a good place to order it? I have included two pictures showing what I have described above. Any help is appreciated, as I am a bit lost.
