take two of those jar tops with the removable centers, grease them up after cleaning, heat up the pan with some butter, whisk an egg with a sprits of milk and throw some parmesan in and then pour it into the two jar tops on the pan to make two cheesey 'egg patties'. toast an english muffin. throw bacon on the pan. salt and pepper the pan to taste. sprinkle some more Parmesan on the bacon and let it melt before cutting the bacon in half and laying it flat on the muffin. top with the two cheesy egg patties and the other half of the muffin. maybe add a slice of pepper jack and mustard for good measure.
