If fixing-plate fits onto output shaft groove snuggly, then play must be from sprocket. Look at plate’s teeth, they should rotate into groove on end of output shaft snugly. Either bolts have worn threads and don’t hold tightly or sprocket itself has worn threads.

Verify following procedure:

1. Slide sprocket onto output-shaft past groove at end

2. Slide fixing-plate over groove

3. Rotate fixing-plate about 10-degrees in groove so bolt-holes line up with sprocket

4. Tighten 2x bolts to hold sprocket to fixing-plate.
