I was over-due on valve adjustment. ( by almost 2000 miles) finally tackled it.( My first time on this Ninja) I dont think prior owner, EVER got its valve service done! ....those exhaust clearances were way, WAY...WAAAAAY too tight.
Then re-tackled the carbs ( initially thats what I thought was causing the poor performance, was taking way too long to start/ run.)
Runs spanktastic now. So crisp, and caffienated!
