The problem is the possibility of losing it while going down the road. For now, I'm keeping tied to the bike with a clip. Or trying to. I'm probably the world's worst knot maker. The knots have come loose twice now, but fortunately, the key stayed in place.

I went down back in Feb and the handlebar got bent. The locksmith didn't think it was related, but I'm still wondering if it broke back then and I'm just now noticing.
