PU listed a 520/104 when a 520/106 is needed for 43/14. I guess a 108 would be necessary for a 45/14.

Here's ratios & chain-lengths I've seen:
45/14 (stk) = 3.21:1 = 106L chain
43/14 = 3.07:1 = 105L
45/15 = 3.00:1 = 107L
There's more than enough adjustment range on swingarm slot to make full link changes. If you really want to be precise, you can get half-link pieces of chain (centre top row).
