My front rotor is warped (can feel a vibration in the steering), so were do I buy one ?

I'd prefer not to spend over $150, I'm looking at ebay and seeing a whole lot of Chinese made options (they "seem" good) but I have no idea, cant find any reviews.

I'm also looking at online retail stores and so far cheapest I found was $163, free shipping (within Canada).

Anyone know of any "better" places to buy one or something ?
