Ordered a new/used pump off of eBay and installed today. Leaks worse than the one it replaced. Grrrr.

Can anyone confirm if the water pump off of a Ninja 300 will fit? They look identical and can get one with super low miles off a wrecked bike.

Thoughts? It's my wife's bike and I want her safe. If the 300 pump isnt an option, I'll just order a new one and be done with it.
