So my Ninja 250 was making a ticking noise so I'm doing a valve adjustment now (I discovered that they're REALLY tight), but someone also suggested looking at the cam chain to see if it's loose. Video below:

I recently cleaned and reseated the CCT and that seemed to help a little, but the ticking remained slightly.

If the chain is loose, how can I fix it?
