Seriously, all of those that live in high humidity or high heat (like I do) really need to look into "phase change vests". My husband and I have been wearing them for at least 5 years now. We can't go riding in the summer without it. We have posted this before and for some reason people just say it's not needed. But if it keeps coming up that heat is an issue maybe then there is a need to buy one and see for yourself. I have been told that some racers at Willow Springs use them but I don't know that for myself. And we all know that Willow Springs gets very hot!!
